Usage: Internal or/and external. Mix with herbal tea, inside cream/ salve. 

• If you use it as a longer cure then take it daily under the tongue, ca 1 ml (20 drops) 2-3 times a day for 1 week (maximum) but listen to your intuition also. Take daily for 1 week! Then pause for 5 days. If you feel a need and suitable then continue the treatment in the same pattern.
• Keeping little time under the tongue then swallow down with a small amount of water or place drops in (hot) water.
• For gurgling purposes dissolve 5ml tincture in a cup of water and gurgle 3x a day.

Tinctures can also be used on children – solve tincture in warm water for the alcohol to evaporate (as many drops as the child`s age + 1).

NB! Avoid during pregnancy, and kidney issues. Do not, exceed usage over 1 week & mix with medicaments.
